Refunds or replacement:
1. You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of the purchase date and only if the product is defective or missing. In the case that the product is defective or missing you can choose to get a refund or to replace the product within 30 days from the date of your initial purchase.

2. To initiate a refund, please email our customer support at info@cocobellystore.com with your order number, name and last name, address and the reason for the return. If you prefer to return the item in a faster way you can use our self-return service just copying and paste this link:

 in the URL bar of your browser and follow the provided instructions. Please note that even if you choose the self-service return option we will review the reason for your return and determine if it will be approved or not.
3. Once the return is approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

4. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Returns:

2. The returned product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

3. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Once we receive the returned product and it meets the eligibility criteria, we will send you a replacement or process a refund based on your preference.

- Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged upon arrival.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
