We partner with third-party suppliers to fulfill and ship your orders. As a result, we rely on the availability and shipping capabilities of our suppliers. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damages that may occur during the shipping process.

Processing Time:
- All orders are usually processed within 3-20 business days but sometimes they may take longer as we partner with third-party suppliers to fulfill and ship your orders. As a result, we rely on the availability and shipping capabilities of our suppliers. During peak seasons or promotional periods, please allow for additional processing time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:
- We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your orders. 
- Domestic Orders (within Canada): Delivery typically takes 3-15 business days.
 Please note that customs procedures may cause further delays.
However please be aware that delivery times may vary and occasional delays beyond our control can occur for example for Custom processing, weather conditions, holiday periods, remote locations or local holidays.
We strive to process and ship orders promptly but please understand that some delays may be beyond our control. Rest assured, we will make every effort to keep you informed about the status of your order.

Shipping Costs:
-  Please refer to the shipping rates provided during the checkout process for accurate information.


Order Tracking:
- You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated on the carrier's website.
- To track your order, simply visit the carrier website and enter the provided tracking number in the designated 'Order Tracking' section.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- All prices listed on our website exclude any applicable taxes, customs duties, or additional fees unless otherwise stated.


Order Status and Modifications:
- You can check the status of your order by logging into your Cocobelly account or by contacting our customer support team.
- Please ensure that all order details and shipping information are accurate before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

Undelivered Packages:
- In the event of an undelivered package caused by an inaccurate shipping address or failure to collect the package from the specified shipping location, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs incurred.
